Leaseholders & Private Tenants.

Service Charges

Service charges and bills are managed by the Finance Section of Southwark Council. You will receive your annual service charge bill directly from the Council. Payment is recommended via standing order to make it simple and convenient.

The service charges cover services such as:

  • Cleaning
  • Caretaking
  • Grounds maintenance

These charges are calculated by Southwark Council, and your service charge bill will be sent to you in the usual way.

Making a Service Charge Payment


Private Tenants (Sublets)

If you are a leaseholder subletting your property, you are responsible for:

  • Informing your tenants about the TMO’s rules
  • Showing them the estate facilities

Leaseholders or tenants should contact the Estate Office to register their details in the residents’ database. This is important in case we need to contact you urgently, for example in the event of a leak.

Important: Any nuisance caused by sub-tenants—including loud noise, anti-social behavior, or harassment—will not be tolerated. The TMO, in collaboration with Southwark Council, will take legal action where necessary to resolve such issues.
