Our Board & Staff.

OUR STAFF

At D’Eynsford TMO, our dedicated team works hard to ensure the estate runs smoothly and that residents receive the best possible service.

  • Estate Manager: Mr. Chay Pulger – Oversees the day-to-day operations of the estate, ensuring that all services and activities meet residents’ needs and maintaining strong links with the local community.
  • Housing Officer: Mr. Albert Frimpong – Your first point of contact for housing-related matters, including tenancy issues, rent queries, and support with housing concerns.
  • Finance Officer: Mr. Pawel Borucinksi – Responsible for managing the estate’s finances, including budgets, and financial reporting.
  • Repairs and Maintenance Coordinator: Miss Shaz Islam – Ensures that all repair requests are addressed efficiently, manages maintenance schedules, and coordinates with contractors to keep the estate safe and well-maintained.
  • Senior Caretaker: Mr. Devon Nicholas – Leads the caretaking team, ensuring communal areas are clean, tidy, and welcoming for all residents.
  • Caretakers: Mr. Gary Roye & Mr. Kelly Ulysses – Support the senior caretaker in maintaining the estate, taking care of gardens, cleaning, and general upkeep.

The D’Eynsford TMO Management Board is made up of volunteer residents committed to improving life on the estate. The Board is responsible for strategic decisions, employing staff, and overseeing estate management.

  • Secretary: Pete D – Maintains records, manages communication, and ensures meetings run smoothly.
  • Treasurer: Mark V – Oversees financial matters, reporting on budgets, and ensuring transparent use of funds.
