Be a Member
All estate residents—and non-resident leaseholders—aged 16 and over are welcome to become members of the D’Eynsford TMO. Membership is free and gives you the chance to:
- Vote on important issues affecting the estate.
- Stand for election to the Management Board at the Annual General Meeting each September.
As a member, you can help shape the future of the estate by influencing decisions and setting priorities. The more residents who join, the stronger and more representative the TMO is of our community.
If you would like to become a member, please contact the TMO.

As a resident, there are many ways to get involved and make a difference:

There are plenty of ways to make your voice heard and help shape life on the estate.
Meetings
Our Management Board meets once a month, from 7pm to 9pm at the TMO office: 38 Mary Datchelor Close, SE5 7AX.
We also hold General Meetings each year, where all members can vote on key issues affecting the estate.
How to Become a Board Member
Any TMO member can join the Management Board. It’s a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in running an organisation and to develop new skills. We provide regular training and continually learn as a team.
If you’re interested in getting involved in any way, please contact us.
Equality and Diversity

We oppose all forms of unlawful or unfair discrimination based on colour, race, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religious belief, age, gender, sexual orientation, marital status, or disability.
We believe that treating everyone fairly and equally benefits the whole organisation. No individual—whether an employee, potential employee, member, or resident—should experience direct or indirect discrimination.
